2. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old.
3. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, abusive, or harmful behavior.
- No scraping or automated access without written permission.
- No misrepresentation of identity or affiliation.
4. Third-party listings
The directory shows third-party businesses. We do not warrant their services. Bookings and purchases are between you and the merchant.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Service is owned by Digital Nomads Brasil or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may share links freely, but reproduction requires permission.

7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute is subject to the courts of São Paulo, SP.
